Q. What is included with the flat rate $12.00 answering plan?
A. Our $12 per month plan is our basic answer only service providing up to 20 concurrent callers the ability to receive a single recorded announcement up to 5 minutes in length.  Updateable remotely through any phone this plan is perfect for single screen and twin theatres, art houses, live stage production theatres and other single title venues requiring simple, straight-forward delivery of a recorded message! 
   
Q. Is the Call My Cinema announcement system a piece of hardware equipment I purchase and install in my theatre or a service?
A. Call My Cinema Announcement products are service-based solutions which operate from our data centers and require absolutely no expensive hardware purchases.  Because our services are provided from our data centers, they operate without the need of installing additional telephone lines, needing to find a place to put the "box" or additional wiring.  Additionally, our announcement services continue to work for you 24-hours a day even if you experience a power interruption or communication outage!
   
Q. I want to setup service.  How do I make my calls go to the announcement service?
A. Our system is flexible!  There are many ways to route your calls. 
  1. The simplest and quickest is to setup call forwarding from your telephone number you want answered to the unique announcement telephone number we assign to you with your service.  This option still leaves a traditional line into your business for outgoing calls.  Because all incoming calls are immediately forwarded to our call center, only a single line is needed and your callers will never get a busy signal if someone else is calling in or you are making a call out!
  2. We can port1 your existing telephone number to our service.  Once completed your original telephone number takes the place of the telephone number we initially assigned.  There is no need to maintain even a single telephone line for movie information purposes and this solution provides the ultimate in economy by reducing your monthly telephone bills!
   
Q. I want my callers to have the option to reach myself or someone on my staff, not just get recorded information.  Can your system handle this?
A. Yes!  Our system is flexible and can be customized to your unique needs!  Callers can be given the option to have their calls transferred to one or more telephones in the same or different locations or to another pre-programmed number such as your office line or cellular telephone.
   
Q. In your FAQ's you mention calls can go to more than one location.  Can you elaborate on this?
A. Our system can be programmed to allow a caller choosing an option to speak to a person to have their call ring at one, select, or all of your locations and/or numbers you request.  When combined with our VoIP telephone services for your cinema no additional telephone lines are required!  With select optional equipment you can call from cinema to cinema for FREE and even see if someone at another location is on the phone regardless of geographic locations! 
   
Q. Is caller I.D. supported?
A. Absolutely!  While calls answered by our automated system do not present the opportunity to ring or display this information on a telephone set unless optional call transfer features are utilized, caller I.D. information is recorded for every call.  This information is correlated and utilized to provide statistical monthly data reports of number of calls processed, unique and repeating callers and more!  Depending on the market and price plans chosen, caller I.D. may be number only or name and number delivery (where available)

 

 

1 Porting of telephone numbers is available in most markets.  It is important to follow all instructions provided and complete all documents required accurately for number porting.  Do not cancel existing telephone services until you receive confirmation that your number port was successful.  Termination of existing services prior to this notice will cause the port to fail, may result in the loss of your telephone number and add to the fees and expenses imposed by your local telephone company as well as costs associated with the transfer.
